MAISON POLENE

Established in 2016 by three siblings, the French maison Polène crafts a collection of leathergoods that blends minimalism and creative exploration to offer unique shapes and signatures achieved through excellent craftsmanship.

The leather, sourced exclusively from certified Italian and Spanish tanneries, is sculpted to create organic forms, folds, drapery effects, or weavings.

The manufacturing process is entrusted to our artisans in Ubrique, a city in Spain specializing in high-end leathergoods, which hosts all of Polène's production trades.

Since 2023, Polène has been expanding into a new realm of expression: jewelry. Thematic collections explore nature, from the undulations of the wind to the textures of rocks sculpted into the material.

THE POLENE ENVIRONMENT

Polène is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented CRM Project Manager to oversee the operational execution and strategic growth of our client activation efforts.
This role is essential in driving worldwide campaign management, client communications, and omni-channel activation strategies that elevate the client journey.

As the CRM Project Manager, you will manage the global campaigns, work across teams to propose innovative functionalities, implement impactful client journeys, and bring new communication channels to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience aligned with Polène’s global vision.


Campaign & Client Journey Management

  • Manage email marketing initiatives (one-shot and automated) and optimize client journeys across all markets. Oversee every stage from design to implementation, ensuring alignment with Polène’s strategic objectives.
  • Propose and implement new client journeys and activations, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Analyze campaign and journey performance, delivering actionable insights through detailed reporting.
  • Design exclusive and personalized activations and launches aligned with the global activation calendar.


Client Data & Channel Expansion

  • Monitor the health and segmentation of the CRM database, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive the implementation of new client communication and activation channels.
  • Propose website functionality enhancements that support data collection or improve the client experience and help bring these projects to life through cross-functional partnerships.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with teams such as Image, Brand, E-commerce, and Supply Chain to ensure client engagement efforts align with company goals.
  • Partner with external agencies and developers to maintain a coherent and trustworthy data ecosystem while integrating enhancements.
  • Support additional projects aimed at enhancing the overall client experience at Polène.

KEYS TO SUCCESS


Hard Skills:

  • Proven experience in CRM strategy, execution, and worldwide campaign management (2 years preferred, ideally in fashion, retail, or luxury sectors).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance reporting and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategies and client journey optimization.
  • Familiarity with proposing and supporting the realization of website functionalities that enhance the client journey and data collection.


Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional project management, detail-oriented, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and external partners.
  • Creativity and attention to detail to deliver tailored, high-impact client activations.
  • Strategic thinker with a client-centric mindset.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Languages: French and English proficiency preferred.
