Within the Collection Team
As part of the Collection department, you will join a team of 13 and report directly to one of our two Senior Leather Goods Product Managers. As a Junior Product Manager – Leather Goods, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and management of our leather goods collections. Your main responsibilities will include:
1/ Product Development Support
Assist in the development of products with the Design, Procurement, and Workshop teams, ensuring deadlines are met, in coordination with the Product Manager.
Manage prototypes and samples with workshops and suppliers (reception, inventory, labeling, photography…).
Coordinate logistics for press sets, imagery, and retail (shootings, PR…) with internal teams.
Update product sheets and nomenclatures, collecting information from various suppliers and our workshops.
Conduct trend analyses, competitor benchmarking, and market research.
Monitor the performance of existing products.
Assist in sourcing components, new suppliers, and manufacturers.
2/ Operational Support
Participate in organizing collection meetings and validation committees.
Serve as the daily interface with internal teams and suppliers/manufacturers.
Maintain tracking tools, including timelines, collection plans, and retroplannings.
Support the preparation and updating of presentations and documents.
Produce product descriptions and presentation materials for other departments (training documents…).
Job requirements
Our expectations
You have a first experience as a Product Manager, ideally in leather goods or fashion.
You are comfortable coordinating projects and proficient with the associated software tools.
You are detail-oriented, able to work efficiently under tight deadlines, and enjoy working in a team.
You are fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
You have a strong sensitivity to the world of leather goods and craftsmanship.
