Job description

Founded in 2016, Polène is a French leather goods house distinguished by its dedication to exceptional craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces with organic designs inspired directly by nature.
In a context of strong growth and international expansion, we are structuring our operations in 2025 and surrounding ourselves with top talent to develop refined expertise across all areas of the organization.
Our resolutely artistic positioning supports the elevation of our handbags and jewelry collections, powered by the work of 800 artisans in our Spanish workshops in Ubrique.

The Polène story can be written with you: join us behind the scenes at our Paris headquarters, already home to over one hundred passionate professionals committed to excellence.

Within the Design team

As
Senior Jewelry Designer, reporting to the Head of Design and working closely with the Jewelry Collection Manager, you will play a key role in the creative and strategic development of the Maison’s jewelry collections.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Based on the brief provided, define concepts and conduct visual research for the creation of new pieces, as well as for the enhancement or reworking of existing lines.

  • Research shapes (hand sketches or Illustrator) and create mock-ups (to validate volumes and details).

  • Produce technical sheets for prototype launches with our in-house 3D modeler, and later with our partner workshops in Italy.

  • Take part in bi-weekly design meetings with the CEO and the Design and Collection teams to present project progress.

  • Supervise the entire creative process (you will be supported by a junior designer under your management).

Occasional travel to our Italian workshops.

  • You demonstrate great creativity, a sensibility aligned with Polène’s aesthetic, and a strong interest in innovation, research, and experimentation — particularly in material combinations and new techniques.

  • You are autonomous, rigorous, and organized, with an ability to adapt and prioritize effectively.

  • You enjoy leading a team and are motivated by the idea of fostering a collective creative dynamic.

Our work environment

  • A 100% in-person experience in our newly renovated Paris headquarters on rue du Louvre, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement (renovated end of 2024)
