Maison Polène

Founded in 2016, the French leather goods house Polène stands out for its exceptional artisanal know-how, creating timeless pieces with an organic design directly inspired by nature.

Amid strong growth and international expansion, we are structuring our operations in 2025 and surrounding ourselves with top talent to deploy refined expertise at every level of our organization. Our decidedly artistic positioning is reflected in the elevation of our range of bags and jewelry, supported by 800 artisans in our Spanish workshops in Ubrique.

Polène’s story can be written with you: join us to contribute to this adventure behind the scenes at our Paris headquarters, which already welcomes more than a hundred people passionate about our craft.

As part of the Special Projects Design team

In a context of strong international growth and organizational structuring, the Design team is looking for a Leather accessories & Art Objects Designer to join its division. Within the accessories creation studio (leather goods and jewelry) and closely connected to it, you will assist the Special Projects Design Manager in all their various tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research for iconography based on the creative brief provided.

  • Exploring creative concepts through sketches, mock-ups, as well as technical drawings made in Illustrator or simulations in Photoshop.

  • Preparing technical files and participating in technical meetings during development.

  • Communicating information to different stakeholders (artist/artisans, internal team, workshops in Spain and Paris) to ensure project progress.

Special projects will involve collaborating with various teams within the company:

  • the Branding team: for collaborations with artists and artisans, notably through Des Mains, a project creating objects using leather scraps from our bag production.

  • the Image team: for the creation of decorative elements developed with our prototyping workshops in Spain or Paris and with subcontractors.

  • the Press & Influence team: for special communication operations (e.g., influencer giftings).

  • the Retail team: for projects related to store openings.
