Within the Image Team

Within the Image team, you will transform creative briefs into impactful visual concepts while respecting the aesthetic codes established by the house. This role requires strong expertise in graphic design, experience in packaging and experiential box creation, and a refined artistic sensibility. Reporting to the Print and Digital Graphic Manager, you will work closely with the branding, digital, PR, design and retail teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creation and development of graphic concepts: Transform briefs into strong creative proposals aligned with Polène’s brand identity and image.

  • Packaging & material design: Design and develop boxes, packaging, and physical supports with a strong understanding of volumes and multi-material techniques.

  • Contribution to print and digital communication materials: Produce press releases, newsletters, stories, digital assets, and leaflets in line with the established aesthetic codes of each project.

  • Production follow-up: Oversee projects from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and high-quality results.

  • Organization: Ensure deadlines are met and maintain a high level of quality for the projects under your responsibility.

Job requirements

Our expectations

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a company, ideally within a fashion house or a luxury design brand.

  • You demonstrate excellent proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), 3D modeling softwares (Rhino or Solidworks), and have a good knowledge of digital design tools such as Figma.

  • You are meticulous, highly organized, and comfortable managing project follow-ups.

  • You know French and English. Spanish is a plus.

  • You have a deep understanding of Polène’s aesthetic codes and keep up to date with trends in fashion and luxury through continuous visual research.
