YOUR MISSIONS

Leading a sales team

  • You will ensure that your team is aligned with the implementation of the Polène strategy, particularly in terms of the excellence of the customer experience sought, through exemplary coaching and close monitoring.

  • They motivate the team to foster collaboration and a sense of belonging: quantitative and qualitative support from the employee's integration, including monitoring their training and skills development.

  • You define, unite and motivate the priority actions for individual skills development and ensure that the team achieves its sales objectives.

  • You identify the team's successes and potential for improvement and manage the corresponding action plans.

  • You create the roster for your department (absences, shift schedules, rework...), optimize the presence of the sales team as needed and ensure that they are present according to the established plan.

Control of an activity

  • You monitor the key sales indicators (turnover, TT, best product) and implement corrective actions when needed.

  • You will conduct daily morning briefings to develop the team and ensure excellence. You centralize and ensure that all relevant information from the business unit is passed on for sales development.

  • You provide excellent service to our clients by ensuring that the pillars of the Polène experience are respected (recruitment, development, client retention).

  • You will be responsible for opening/closing the sales floor, overseeing the merchandising of the store and ensuring that all procedures, safety regulations, internal requirements and legal requirements are complied with.

Be an ambassador for the Polène brand

  • You will regularly provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on customer traffic and typology in order to optimally adapt the zoning and plan, while also ensuring the quality of the reception and advice provided by the sales team.

  • You will handle all types of conflicts to ensure excellent customer relations and maintain the brand's image. You will also be responsible for handling and following up on complaints/customer service requests in accordance with the brand's rules and processes.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • You have at least 4 years experience in dealing with a high-end, international clientele in a similar position, ideally in the luxury and/or leather goods sector. You have also already managed a team of 5 to 10 people.

  • You have a strong affinity for our products, craftsmanship and the art of leather goods, which you can talk about with passion to inspire our customers.

  • You integrate easily into a team and have a real team spirit and willingness to help.

  • You are naturally friendly and have natural communication skills that enable you to make a lasting impression on our discerning clientele. You are characterized by a strong sense of service, but also by your precision, proactivity and attention to detail.

  • You are **autonomous** and have a high adaptability, as well as an unwavering dynamism that allows you to manage the high volume in the store and make the right recommendations to your team.
