Job description
POLÈNE
The French leather goods house Polène was founded in 2016 and is distinguished by its exceptional artisanal expertise. It creates timeless pieces with organic designs directly inspired by nature.
In the context of strong growth and international expansion, we are restructuring our operations in 2025 and surrounding ourselves with top talent to build deep expertise at every level of our organization. Our clearly artistic positioning is accompanied by the enhancement of our range of bags and jewelry, supported by 800 artisans in our workshops in Ubrique, Spain.
Polène is coming to Germany – with the opening of our very first boutique, we are writing a new chapter in our history. Become part of this unique adventure, carry forward the values of our house, and let our French savoir-faire shine in the heart of Europe.
JOIN OUR RETAIL TEAM
Polène boutiques are a true expression of our brand universe and reflect our positioning, which attracts a high-end and very international clientele.
By applying, you are showing your willingness to become part of an adventure where passion for luxury leather goods and a strong sense of service are your daily driving forces.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Shaping the Polène Experience
You manage product flows (incoming and outgoing goods): opening boxes, applying delivery processes, and organizing products in the stockroom while maintaining order and optimal use of space.
You are in contact with the central warehouse to relay stock information and communicate daily with the sales team about overstock or stock shortages.
You act as a link between the sales team and the stockroom: moving within the storage area and preparing products requested by clients.
Contributing to Polène’s Performance
You prepare and track internal product transfers between boutiques and foster collaboration through the sharing of stock information.
You assist with organizing and tracking inventories (both ongoing and for fiscal purposes), analyze inventory discrepancies when necessary, and research products using our internal tools.
You are versatile – able to work both in direct contact with clients and in all stock areas of the boutique – and develop a deep understanding of our entire collection.
You are goal-oriented and show initiative by making concrete proposals to achieve these goals.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
You have at least 2 years of experience working with a high-end, international clientele in a similar role – ideally in the luxury or leather goods sector.
You work with a high level of autonomy and demonstrate great adaptability, as well as unwavering determination to handle high customer flow with ease.
You have a strong appreciation for our products, craftsmanship, and leather artistry, and can speak about them with passion.
You integrate easily into a team and possess genuine team spirit and a strong willingness to help.
You are able to stay calm in stressful situations and quickly find solutions – consistent flexibility is essential for us.
Polène is committed to inclusive recruitment processes and guarantees a fair and ethical selection and support of all candidates.
