POLÈNE
Founded in 2016 by three siblings, Polène creates a leather goods collection that combines minimalism and creative exploration to offer singular, signature shapes crafted through excellence .
Leather, sourced exclusively from certified Italian and Spanish tanneries, is sculpted to create organic shapes, folds, draped effects and braids.
The work is entrusted to craftsmen in Ubrique, a Spanish town specialized in high-end leather goods, which houses all Polène's production facilities.
Since 2023, Polène has been developing a new field of expression: jewelry. Themed collections that explore nature, from the ripples of the wind to the textures of rock sculpted in matter.

Polène boutiques are the expression of our brand universe and reflect our positioning, which attracts a high-end, highly international clientele. By applying for this position, you are ready to join an adventure where a passion for luxury leather goods and a keen sense of service will be your daily driving forces. This boutique is the first of its kind in Germany. We're looking for experienced people who can deliver an exceptional experience to our discerning customers, in both German and English.
YOUR MISSIONS
Creating the Polène experience
You advise and support customers throughout their purchase, offering quality service from the moment they are welcomed to the moment they leave the store.
You offer an impeccable personalized customer experience by being attentive to the customer's needs, while demonstrating exemplary behaviour in line with the Polène image.
You will promote and encourage additional sales. You will also inform customers about our services during and/or after their purchase.
Cash desk management & related tasks
You are responsible for opening and closing cash registers, as well as collecting cash, while assisting customers in the tax-free process.
You will develop CRM customer follow-up and participate in the drafting of the store's daily reports.
You will ensure that the sales outlet is properly maintained: merchandising, maintaining the quality of the sales area, assisting stockists where necessary with tidying and various inventories (fiscal or rotating).
Opening and closing the store
You prepare the point of sale before opening: switching on lights, equipment and music, checking merchandising, replenishing the cash register with shopping bags and more.
You close the point of sale after closing: launch telecollectors, close tills, send reports, turn off lights and equipment at tills, redo merchandising according to available stock, put away equipment, turn off music, etc.
Job requirements
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE - Your keys to success
You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the luxury goods and/or leather goods sector.
You have a strong feeling for our products, know-how and craftsmanship in leather goods, which you will be able to talk about with passion to our customers.
You can easily integrate into a team and have a real spirit of collaboration and mutual aid.
You're naturally pleasant and have natural interpersonal skills that enable you to create a memorable contact with our very demanding customers. You are characterized by a strong sense of service, but also by your rigor, proactivity and attention to detail.
You'll need to be autonomous and adaptable, as well as dynamic enough to cope with a busy store.
