YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Team Leadership
Ensure your team aligns with Polène's strategy, particularly in delivering an outstanding customer experience, through exemplary coaching and close follow-up.
Motivate the team to foster collaboration and a strong sense of belonging: provide quantitative and qualitative support from the employee's first day, including follow-up on training and skill development.
Define, gather, and motivate individual development initiatives and ensure the team achieves its sales goals.
Identify the team's successes and areas for improvement and implement relevant action plans.
Prepare the department's schedule (absences, rosters, overtime...), optimize the sales team's presence as needed, and ensure staffing follows the plan.
2. Operations and Sales Management
Monitor key indicators (sales, conversion rate, bestsellers) and take corrective actions when necessary.
Lead daily morning briefings to develop the team and ensure a high service level. Gather and share important information from the store to promote sales development.
Offer customers exceptional service and ensure Polène's customer journey is followed (customer approach, development, loyalty).
Be responsible for opening/closing the store, oversee the store's merchandising, and ensure all procedures, safety regulations, internal requirements, and legislation are complied with.
3. Being an Ambassador for the Polène Brand
Regularly provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on customer flow and customer types to optimize store layout and zoning—while ensuring high quality in reception and advice.
Handle all forms of conflicts to ensure excellent customer service and protect the brand's image. Also responsible for processing and following up on complaints and service inquiries in accordance with company procedures.
Job requirements
OUR EXPECTATIONS
You have at least 4 years of experience with a demanding, international clientele in a similar role, preferably within luxury and/or leather goods.
You have a strong passion for our products, craftsmanship, and leather art, which you can convey with enthusiasm to delight customers.
You work well in teams and have a strong team spirit and helpfulness.
You are naturally friendly, with good communication skills, leaving a lasting impression on our demanding customers. You are service-oriented, precise, proactive, and detail-oriented.
You are independent, highly adaptable, and possess unwavering energy, enabling you to handle store busyness and provide the right recommendations to your team.
