Job description
Founded in 2016, the French leather goods house Polène stands out for its exceptional craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces with organic designs directly inspired by nature.
In a context of strong growth and international expansion, we are structuring our activities in 2025 and surrounding ourselves with top talent to build deep expertise at every level of our organization.
Our resolutely artistic positioning reflects the elevation of our range of handbags and jewelry, supported by 800 artisans working in our Spanish ateliers in Ubrique.
The story of Polène can be written with you: join us and contribute to this journey behind the scenes of our Paris headquarters, which already brings together over a hundred people passionate about our craft.
Within the Image Team
Reporting to the Production division of Polène’s Image Department, and under the supervision of the team manager, you will be responsible for producing, coordinating, and supervising image productions, from the receipt of the creative brief to final delivery.
1/ Pre-production coordination
Based on creative briefs, you will oversee the planning of ambitious productions.
You will play a key role in sourcing and selecting partners, talents, castings, and locations, ensuring they perfectly align with the creative objectives.
You will manage budgets proactively, with strong autonomy to optimize costs while maintaining production quality, in line with directions set with your manager.
2/ Production and post-production management
You will coordinate teams during shoots, serving as the key point of contact to ensure smooth project management, quality, and on-time delivery.
You will oversee production schedules and ensure proper coordination across all stages.
You will also follow up with the post-producers to ensure successful project delivery.
3/ Additional responsibilities
You will take a lead role in organizing and monitoring projects, including archiving productions, conducting creative research, and managing resource allocation, while proactively suggesting process improvements with your manager.
You will also be responsible for managing the in-house photo studio, as well as production stocks and equipment — ensuring their maintenance, availability, and anticipating needs to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.
Frequent international travel is to be expected.
