Our resolutely artistic positioning is reflected in the elevation of our bag and jewelry collections, supported by 800 artisans in our workshops in Ubrique, Spain.

Within the Branding Team
As part of the Branding team, you will join the Events department, responsible for the ideation, creation, and production of the events surrounding the Polène house. Your responsibilities will include:
1/ Event Design and Artistic Direction
Participate in the overall conception of events (launches, exhibitions, pop-ups…), contributing to staging that remains faithful to the Maison’s DNA.
Bring a strong artistic sensibility and a critical eye to the creative direction of projects, from initial idea to execution.
Collaborate with the Branding team to visually translate the brand’s narrative intentions through concepts and immersive installations.
2/ Creative Development and Production
Take part in in-depth creative research (concepts, moodboards, sketches, mock-ups, material choices) to feed ongoing projects.
Independently produce visuals, technical plans, and 3D mock-ups in collaboration with the two senior designers of the team.
Assist in production follow-up with vendors (artisans, artists, builders…), ensuring quality and artistic consistency.
3/ Operational Follow-Up and On-Site Execution
Actively participate in event setup and installation phases, ensuring liaison with on-site vendors.
Guarantee the aesthetic execution of projects, respecting the initial creative intentions.
Be proactive throughout the process, from creation to implementation, adapting to operational constraints.
Job requirements
Our Expectations
You have a background in spatial design, interior architecture, or a related field.
You have some experience in event design, including internships or work-study positions.
You are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and a 3D software such as Rhino.
You demonstrate a strong artistic sensibility, high standards, meticulous attention to detail, and constant curiosity.
You are organized, a team player, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are fluent in French, and a good command of English is appreciated.
