YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Team Management
As the right-hand person to the store manager, you coordinate all team activities and promote collaboration by ensuring information sharing.
You ensure that the team understands and implements the company's strategy.
You lead the stock staff and support them in achieving their goals.
You organize and lead regular meetings to ensure that the team masters internal procedures and trains new employees.
You contribute to planning store activities and resources (scheduling, working hours, lunch breaks) as well as preparing and conducting morning briefings.
2.Contributing to Polène's Performance
You manage and organize stock activities: receiving and checking deliveries, handling customer orders, discontinued items, invoice follow-up and packaging, relabeling products, etc.
You ensure the correct execution and results of stock counts in accordance with procedures: ongoing and annual counts.
You contribute suggestions for improving operational processes and optimizing the supply system and logistics organization.
You perform regular stock analyses to inform optimization efforts.
In a dynamic environment, you are the reference for layout and optimization of new stock areas.
Job requirements
OUR EXPECTATIONS
You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar position, ideally within the luxury or leather goods sector.
You demonstrate great independence and adaptability, as well as unwavering dynamism, enabling you to handle high customer traffic in the store.
You have a strong sense for our products, our craftsmanship, and leather art, which you can speak passionately about to our customers.
You possess a genuine team spirit and strong helpfulness.
You can handle pressure and find quick solutions—constant flexibility is a prerequisite for us.
