Founded in 2016, the French leather goods house Polène stands out for its excellence in artisanal craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces with organic designs directly inspired by nature.

In a context of strong growth and international expansion, we are structuring our organization in 2025 and surrounding ourselves with top talent to deploy a high level of expertise across all levels of the company. Our distinctly artistic positioning supports the elevation of our handbag and jewelry collections, produced by 800 artisans within our workshops in Ubrique, Spain.

Within the Studio

Within the leather goods, jewelry, and special projects design studio, you will support the Head of Design in all non-creative tasks.

1. Coordination and Communication

  • Create, update, and share presentations, reports, and various documents required for the department’s activities.

  • Ensure smooth transmission of information between the teams involved in the development and launch of collections (Collections, Quality, Workshops, Branding & Image, etc.).

  • Work closely with team members to ensure effective coordination of activities and achievement of objectives.

  • Compile and forward the necessary elements to the Legal team for legal filings and risk anticipation.

2. Administrative and Organizational Responsibilities

  • Budget monitoring and invoice management.

  • Organization of team travel, including ticketing, flights, and accommodation bookings.

  • Organization of meetings within the department, as well as cross-department meetings and meetings with the CEO.

  • Drafting meeting minutes for selected meetings.

  • Act as the main point of contact for the entire Studio team regarding day-to-day operations and logistics: onboarding new team members, ordering supplies and equipment, etc.

  • Proactively suggest and implement new processes and tools to improve Studio organization and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Manage the team’s schedule.

Job requirements

Our Expectations

  • 8 years of experience in a similar role within a creative environment or studio (fashion, design, architecture, etc.).

  • Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Notion is a plus.

  • A strong sensitivity to fashion or luxury.

  • A rigorous mindset, with adaptability and strong organizational skills to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
