Within the Image Team


Reporting to the Post-Production division of Polène’s Image department and under the supervision of the Post-Production Manager, you will be responsible for the post-production and retouching of Polène’s visuals, working closely with the Graphic, Digital, Social Media, and Design teams. Your responsibilities will include:

1/ Retouching

  • Retouch visuals for the brand’s campaigns (lifestyle, still life, retail, packshots, etc.) in line with Polène’s brand DNA.

  • Respect production schedules according to shoots, launches, and distribution needs.

  • Handle formatting, exports, and slider requirements.

  • Propose color grading directions and creative suggestions on certain projects.

  • Familiarity with or ability to create scripts to automate repetitive tasks is a plus.

  • Supervise the creation of 3D assets in 360° for the website via external providers.

  • Maintain constant creative monitoring to suggest innovative ideas.

2/ Artificial Intelligence

  • Design, generate, and optimize photo and video visuals using AI tools (MidJourney, Kling, etc.).

  • Develop visual universes faithful to the brand’s identity.

  • Master techniques for upscaling, enhancement, and color consistency.

3/ Back Office

  • Upload, organize, and manage files on the team’s and company’s internal storage platform.

  • Provide regular reporting on completed tasks.

Job requirements

Our expectations

  • You have at least 2 years of experience, ideally in retouching, either in-house or at an agency.

  • You possess excellent command of Photoshop and Lightroom, and are familiar with AI tools (MidJourney, Kling, etc.).

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing project workflows.

  • You are fluent in French and English.

  • You have a strong creative and aesthetic sensibility, with a refined knowledge of imagery, photography, and/or fashion.
