YOUR MISSIONS

  1. Create the Polène experience

  • You manage the flow of incoming and outgoing products: opening cartons, applying delivery procedures and placing products in the warehouse, while ensuring stocks are properly maintained and optimizing storage space.

  • You'll liaise with the head office supply manager to relay information about stock levels and communicate daily with the sales team about products that are overstocked or out of stock.

  • You are responsible for the contact between the sales team and the warehouse: trips to the warehouse and delivery of parts requested by the customer.

2. Contribute to Polène's results

  • You encourage collaboration by ensuring that information is shared in the warehouse.

  • You will participate in the organization and monitoring of inventory (rotating and fiscal), analyze inventory discrepancies when necessary and participate in product searches using company tools.

  • You will be able to take on a wide range of tasks in the field as well as in all store product warehouses, developing a good knowledge of all product lines in a warehouse.

  • You will be aware of your goals and be able to propose action plans to achieve them.

Job requirements

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the luxury goods and/or leather goods sector.

  • You are highly autonomous and adaptable, and have the dynamism to cope with the high footfall in the boutique.

  • You have a strong feeling for our products, know-how and craftsmanship in leather goods, which you will be able to talk about with passion to our customers.

  • You can easily integrate into a team and have a real spirit of collaboration and mutual aid.

  • You're capable of dealing with emergencies and finding quick solutions: you'll need to be constantly versatile.
