Our distinctly artistic positioning supports the elevation of our handbag and jewelry collections, backed by 800 artisans in our workshops located in Ubrique, Spain.

As Polène continues expanding internationally, we are growing our U.S. retail team and building strong foundations for long-term success. Our Soho boutique attracts a diverse, global, and high-end clientele, and we are looking for a Stock Associate who will assist with daily inventory operations while embodying Polène’s commitment to excellence.

AS PART OF THE STORE TEAM

Polène boutiques embody our brand’s universe, reflecting our positioning and attracting a high-end, international clientele. As a Stock Associate, you play a vital role in bringing this universe to life behind the scenes. By joining our team, you step into a role where precision, organization, and respect for product are essential to supporting exceptional in-store experiences. Our SoHo flagship at 487 Broadway seeks detail-oriented individuals who take pride in inventory accuracy, efficient operations, and seamless collaboration with the sales team to ensure our clients encounter Polène at its best.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Creator of the Polène Experience

  • Manage product flows in and out: opening boxes, applying delivery processes, and storing products while ensuring proper organization and optimizing stock space.

  • Coordinate with the supply chain at headquarters to report inventory information and communicate daily with the sales team about overstock or stockouts.

  • Serve as the link between the sales team and stock: moving items to the sales floor and providing requested items to customers.

2. Contributor to Polène's Performance

  • Prepare and monitor inter-boutique product transfers and foster collaboration by ensuring information sharing within the stock.

  • Participate in organizing and monitoring inventories (cyclical & fiscal) and analyze inventory discrepancies as needed, assisting in product searches using the company's tools.

  • Be versatile, rotating between field tasks and all product stocks in the boutique, thereby developing a good knowledge of all product lines in stock.

  • Know your objectives and proactively propose action plans to achieve them.

Job requirements

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • You have been in contact with a high-end and international clientele for at least 2 years in a similar role, ideally in the luxury and/or leather goods sector.

  • You demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and adaptability, along with unwavering dynamism that will enable you to manage high traffic in the boutique.

  • You have a strong sensitivity to our products, craftsmanship, and leatherworking, which you can passionately share with our clientele.

  • You integrate easily into a team and possess a genuine collaborative and supportive spirit.

  • You are capable of handling urgency and seeking quick solutions: constant versatility is required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Soho boutique. Weekend, holiday, and peak-season availability is required.
